To reschedule your OurBus ticket, here's how it works. 

If your scheduled departure is more than 60 minutes away, you can simply reschedule your original ticket(date of travel and departure time only) on our website by choosing the reschedule button on your passes or your ticket. 

  • If the transaction amount is higher than your available Wallet credits, then you can pay the difference via the available payment methods. 
  • In cases where the transaction amount is lesser, the balance will be stored in your Wallet for future use.


Please be aware that only the ticket price along with the fuel surcharge and facility fee of your current booking will be credited back to your OurBus wallet and will not cover the booking fee.


DC Trails/Best Bus tickets can be rescheduled more than 1 hour and up to 24 hours from the scheduled departure time through the reschedule link provided on the DC Trails/Best Bus ticket.


*In case of refund to wallet & rescheduling: If a customer chooses to receive a refund to their OurBus Wallet, the refund amount will be credited in USD, based on the original exchange rate at the time of booking. When rescheduling a ticket, the refund is credited to the OurBus Wallet in USD based on the original exchange rate at booking. However, the new ticket purchase will be charged based on the exchange rate at the time of rescheduling. If the new ticket price is higher, the customer must pay the difference. If the new ticket price is lower, the remaining balance will stay in the wallet.


Please note that when rescheduling a booking, only the ticket price, fuel surcharge, and facility fee will be applied to the rescheduled trip. The booking fee is non-refundable unless the itinerary has changed by more than 15 minutes or 0.5 kilometers, excluding cases where the time change exceeds 15 minutes but remains within the original trip duration.
