You can raise an ADA request with us during the booking process of your tickets. 


Once you have selected a trip that you would like to make, you will be redirected to the booking summary page, where you will have the option to select “Yes” under “Do you need wheelchair assistance?”

At the end of the booking process, once you have successfully bought the tickets, you will be required to fill up a small questionnaire.


We will take up your ADA request with the bus operator for your trip and reach out to you with a confirmation, subject to availability.


Please note that the booking must be made at least 48 hours before the departure time for an ADA request to be completed.
